Inspired Corporate Partner Terms

The following additional terms apply to the corporate partnership between the applicable Inspired school (“we, us”), and corporate partner (the ‘You’).

Participation

We will give you all reasonable support and collaboration to make this easy, including approved copy, imagery and brand guidelines. In return, we ask that You carry out this promotion to good industry practice, and that the manner and location of any advertising is approved by us in writing beforehand and follows our brand guidelines.

Everything You produce needs our written approval before it is published, and we may ask You to amend or remove material after publication . You will promptly amend or remove any material at our request.

By participating in the corporate partnership, You agree to:

  • not make promises about the school, our group or the partnership programme beyond what we have approved in writing, and not to hold your company out as able to bind or represent us;
  • not do anything that could damage our reputation, or of any school in the Inspired Education Group (“Inspired”); and
  • refer only families who meet our published eligibility criteria and who either hold, or can obtain, the immigration permission needed to study where the school operates, and that you give us any information we reasonably need to run the programme.

For the avoidance of doubt all parents of partner referred students must sign a parent contract in the form set out by the School.

Annual Reviews

Annual reviews may be conducted to assess the progress of the Partner referral program and may (at our option) include but not be limited to the following data points: Number of enrolments; Nationality mix; Family participation and engagement; and Reputational alignment with the Inspired brand.

We will consider the above and may review and update discounts annually. The School retains final discretion over admissions, placement and continued enrolment.

Any discounts listed in this Agreement apply to the School Fees only and not the Specified Charges or other ancillary products or services.

Tuition fee discounts apply to each academic year per student but are not retroactive. Discounts apply prospectively for each eligible academic year and may not exceed the cumulative discount cap stated in the letter.

All fee schedules shall be referenced to the official school year fee publication available on the School’s website. Discounts apply only to published School Fees and exclude registration charges, trips, transport, uniforms, equipment, examinations, additional learning support and other ancillary charges.
