Time has always been a precious commodity in education—teachers tirelessly crafting lessons, parents striving to support their children’s growth, and students working hard for academic success. But what if, instead of an obstacle, time became an ally in the pursuit of excellence?

Building on the expansion of our market-leading ‘Inspired AI’ programme last year, this September, we are taking a bold step forward. By adding 15 new schools and onboarding 5,000 additional students to our Global Study Platform, we are pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve in education. This brings the total number of students using the platform to 10,000, a major milestone in our journey to transform learning environments worldwide.

Parent Helper: Keeping Parents Informed & Involved in Real-Time
In addition to helping teachers, we are rolling out a game-changing feature for parents: ‘Parent Helper’. After more than a year in development, this self-service platform is designed to streamline communication between parents and schools. It taps into four key data sources — schedules, payment portals, school documents, and extracurricular data — enabling parents to access vital information at the click of a button.

This ‘one stop solution’ uses a chatbot interface, so that parents can get answers on everything from grades, homework, meals and absences to school schedules and teacher information. This tool eliminates the need for time-consuming messages and unnecessary calls to school administrators, giving parents real-time answers and cutting down response times significantly.

The seamless integration means that both teachers and students can now benefit from more efficient learning processes, while parents stay informed without delays.

Transforming Personalised Learning
At the heart of this transformation is the ‘Cycle Tester,’ a powerful AI tool that frees up time for teachers by automating assessment creation, grading and feedback to the students. Teachers currently spend countless hours producing and grading cycle tests for students in Year 4 through Year 12. With the Cycle Tester, AI generates these tests based on the desired difficulty and length, allowing teachers to focus on what truly matters—expert individual teaching tailored to each child. The tests are completed either digitally or on paper, with the AI engine grading them according to the school's system.

Not only does this save hours of manual work, but it also provides personalised feedback to each student, explaining the rationale behind their scores. This feature fills a crucial gap, offering students more detailed insights and more ways to improve than ever before.

Empowering Teachers to Inspire
Another remarkable innovation being rolled out is the AI-powered ‘Lesson Planner’. This tool, already live in some of our English-speaking schools, generates lessons based on prompts, drastically reducing the time teachers spend on administrative tasks. It’s part of the wider "Inspired AI" initiative aimed at giving teachers more time to focus on what they do best, inspiring their students.

We know a lack of time caused by a backlog of unnecessary administration is highly frustrating for teachers. With Lesson Planner, teachers can spend more all-important, one-to-one time with students, tailoring lessons to their individual needs. Not only has this proven to increase engagement among students, but it’s also driving better outcomes for both pupils and teachers.

Time for Global Growth
The Global Study Platform’s latest expansion reaches far beyond one region. In September, our schools across the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Latvia, Italy, and Portugal have joined the platform, adding to the network of institutions already onboard in Brazil, New Zealand, the Bahamas, and selected schools in the UK and Spain.

Looking to the future, our aim is to roll out these time-saving tools across South Africa and the Asia-Pacific region by early 2025. With these innovations, the organisation is leading the charge in reshaping how time is used in education globally.

Transforming Education, Inspiring Future Leaders
Every student deserves the time to receive an education as unique as they are and at its core, the Global Study Platform is about optimising time for everyone involved in the education process — students, teachers, and parents alike. By automating administrative tasks, providing real-time data, and personalising learning experiences, we are ensuring that time is spent where it truly counts; on nurturing young minds and shaping the future.
