King’s College, Kensington School, Colegio San Patricio, Colegio Mirabal and International School Sotogrande, Recognised Amongst the Best Schools in Spain by the Prestigious Ranking

The schools, all members of Inspired Education Group, have been distinguished based on 27 criteria that asses a multitude of aspects, such as the educational model, the extracurricular activities offer, the facilities and the students’ pre university exam results.

The prestigious ranking “Los 100 mejores colegios” (100 Best Schools), published by the leading national Spanish newspaper El Mundo, has recognised King’s College, Kensington School, Colegio San Patricio, Colegio Mirabal and International School Sotogrande, all members of Inspired Education Group, among the best schools in Spain.

“Los 100 mejores colegios” is the most popular and prestigious ranking of schools published in Spain. The publication is divided into two sections: Spanish curriculum schools are ranked in a top 100 list, while a list of the 30 best International schools is published alphabetically and by region. 

Colegio San Patricio has achieved the remarkable 5th position in the ranking and is rated the 3rd best school in Madrid. In the publication, the school is recognised for its quality and provision, and is distinguished for its assorted educative programme that includes different kinds of cultural, artistic and charitable activities. 

Colegio Mirabal ranks 20th in the same list, and is acknowledged for its educational offer and expertise in areas such as emotional intelligence, educational coaching and neurolinguistics.

Regarding the international schools’ section, King’s College Madrid, King’s College Alicante, Kensington School and International School Sotogrande are mentioned among the 30 best international schools in the country. 

According to the publication, one of the main strengths in Sotogrande is the emotional support provided by the teachers, who look after both the academic and the personal state of each student. 

King’s College Alicante is praised for its’ innovative teaching and its’ enriching sports and arts programme, while King’s College Madrid is recognised for its unique educational model, which covers all stages of the English National Curriculum in addition to offering in parallel the IB Diploma Programme for the Sixth Form students.

Kensington School is applauded for its’ creative curriculum and for encouraging values of community and teamwork among the students.
