Nassau, Bahamas, 2nd October 2025 — Today marks a landmark occasion in the evolution of education in The Bahamas as King’s College School and Inspired Education Group hosted the much-anticipated ribbon-cutting ceremony of King’s Beach Lodge, the school’s new boarding house. The event welcomed government and foreign dignitaries, educational leaders, and families to celebrate the unveiling of a transformative new boarding facility that signals a bold new chapter for the school and the wider region.

With an investment exceeding US$85 million, Inspired Education Group—the leading global group of premium schools—has developed a state-of-the-art campus on New Providence. By creating this new boarding facility, it now provides the whole of The Bahamas, including the Family Islands, and the wider region with access to a world-class educational experience aligned to the top schools in the US and UK.

Situated on the stunning shores of Love Beach, King’s Beach Lodge is a purpose-built boarding residence designed to house nearly 50 students in thoughtfully appointed accommodations. Each room includes a private en suite bathroom, dedicated study and rest areas, a private balcony, and breathtaking views. Complementing the residential experience are vibrant communal amenities: a spacious student lounge, a modern cafeteria, and a high-specification gym with a panoramic beachfront terrace.

King’s Beach Lodge offers unique access to marine and outdoor learning experiences. The surrounding reef and beachfront serve as a living classroom, where students can engage in scuba diving, snorkelling, marine biology, environmental conservation, and rowing at nearby Lake Cunningham—promoting physical wellness and environmental stewardship alongside academic excellence.

In addition to hosting students from the Family Islands and the wider region, King’s Beach Lodge will welcome exchange students from Inspired’s global group of 121 schools. This will not only introduce them to the rich culture and natural beauty of The Bahamas but will also offer all our students a powerful opportunity to develop an international mindset, expand their horizons, and build lifelong friendships across the world. Beyond full boarding, King’s Beach Lodge also offers flexible options to suit family needs. Weekly boarding is ideal for students who prefer to return home on weekends, while flexi-boarding allows day students to stay for short periods, whether to ease long commutes, accommodate parental travel, or gently prepare for future boarding experiences.

Nadim M. Nsouli, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Inspired Education Group, stated:

“The opening of King’s Beach Lodge marks a bold step forward in Inspired’s vision to empower students with the skills, mindset, and global outlook needed to thrive in today’s world. This facility is not only a state-of-the-art residence—it’s a catalyst for growth, curiosity, and connection forging lifelong friendships among peers from our global family of over 121 premium schools. With students from The Bahamas and across the globe, King’s Beach Lodge will foster a diverse and dynamic learning environment that nurtures lifelong friendships and cross-cultural understanding. It embodies our commitment to creating exceptional learning spaces where every child can fulfil their highest potential.”

Matteo Rossetti, Founding Principal of King’s College School, The Bahamas, added:

“For families in The Bahamas and the wider Caribbean, King’s Beach Lodge offers unparalleled access to a world-class boarding education—closer to home. This new facility expands our capacity to support academic excellence, character development, and global readiness while strengthening the fabric of our school and the local community. It’s a powerful new resource for the region.”

As King’s College School continues to shape the future of education in The Bahamas, the opening of King’s Beach Lodge stands as a symbol of excellence, innovation, and Inspired’s enduring commitment to global learning without borders.
